   Log in to Client Portal at interactivebrokers.com.

   Open Performance & Reports → Flex Queries in the menu.

   Create a new Activity Flex Query: in the sections, select Trades, Cash Transactions (dividends and withholding tax) and Corporate Actions.

   Choose XML as the format and set the period to the full tax year (1 Jan – 31 Dec).

   Run the query and download the generated XML file.

   Upload the file to Taxify – we take care of the rest automatically.

Taxify reads the Flex Query in XML format only – an Activity Statement in CSV is not supported yet.

   Log in to the xStation 5 platform.

   Open Account History in the bottom panel.

   Select the full account history as the period – from the day you opened the account until today.

   Click the export icon and choose XLSX format.

   Upload the unmodified file to Taxify – purchases, sales, CFD results and dividends are processed automatically.

Upload the full account history – cost basis is calculated with FIFO across years. Taxify does not calculate interest on free funds yet.

   Log in at binance.com and open Orders → Transaction History.

   Click Export Transaction Records (top right).

   Set the date range to the full tax year (you may need to export by quarters).

   Generate and download the CSV file.

   Keep the downloaded file – you'll upload it to Taxify once Binance import launches.

Binance limits the number of export requests per month – we recommend exporting the whole year at once.
